           Hi dosto me hu factlook aur aaj me apko bataunga ki tension ki wajah se hum  bina kam kiyehi thaka hua mehsus kyu karte hai.

         So dosto hume to pata hi hai ki jab hum kuchh kam karte hai to hum thak jate hai kyuki humari energy kam karne me use hoti hai .par jara socho jab hum ek hi jagah baith ke kisi baat par apne dimakh par jor dalke sochte hai ya tension me rehte hai tabh bhi hume thaka hua mehsus hota hai. Kya tension lene se bhi humari energy use hoti hai?? To iska answer   hai dosto, hhaa! tension lene se bhi energy use hoti hai. Such baat to ye hai ki tension lene se hum kuchh wakt body working ke energy se bhi jada energy use karte hai. Hum jab study karte hai aur kisi din jarurat  se jada agar hum padai kar lete hai tabh bhi hum thak jate hai kyuki padai me bhi energy lagti hai. To ye energy use kon karta hoga??  Any daut??  To dosto tension or padai jaise chijo me jab jo bhi energy use hoti hai wo energy humara brain use karta hai.
